Go to Facebook in browser and change your password. When asked log out all other devices.

Use the new password to log you in on iOS.

I was having the same problem. So annoying!!! Cannot delete account. Enter password and "Wrong password" even tough it was the correct one. When I entered the App, it'd tell me "Cancel" "Go To Settings" in an altert window. "Cancel" would show me the same alert again one second later.

Here's what I did. Enter the Facebook APP, alert will come up, then:

1) Press "Cancel" and enter the first letter of your email. (Alert will come up again)

2) Press "Cancel" and enter the second letter of your email.

3) Keep this until you complete your email.

4) Do the same with the password.

5) Press login & you're all set.

Took me like 4 to 5 minutes but my FB App is now, FINALLY, working. Maybe it can help if you have a Bluetooth keyboard.

Hi, Sorry for my bad English!

It worked for me, but I had to get my account verified via cell phone, because by default, my new facebook account had not a friendly username associated to it. I followed up the instructions on the link bellow and registered the same username from the old account. Now I'm able to log into my FB account on iOS settings. I hope it helps!

The only solution that worked for me, first back up using your iCloud, and next was to set up (after doing a restore from itunes, with ipad connected) as a NEW IPAD. And set it up as though it came right out of the box. Then sign into your iCloud account and restore using your iCloud account. If you go to Setting.....Facebook..... There isn't obviously any account because you restored as a new ipad. Ask a close friend who works there as tech support and he said other than finding a glitch in the account info page, that is the only option.
