What if there is no "Password and Security tab" to reset your security question.

Theres literally nothing in the password and security tab. Nothing but security questions.

What do I do if I live in a country where there is no apple support.

I live in Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, in South East Asia and there's no apple support to call in this country.

I'm experiencing a same issue as above, forgotten apple security answers and no mail received to reset. (I do have a rescue email but I didn't get a reset email)

Regards,

It's so ridiculous! Like why can't they create an email system. It would be so much more convenient and the people would get their answers in a simpler way. Plus people like me who are younger do not like phoning people, let alone strangers. It would make so much more sense just to email us the answer... All I want is to be able to change my security questions and here I am at 2:40am and I have no way of getting a hold of anyone... Grand.

You seemed to have missed the part about setting up a Rescue email address on your own Apple ID that could be used for this purpose exactly. It has to be a different email address than you currently have on your iCloud/Apple ID for either your Primary or Alternate address. It must be unique. So, that way, when someone steals your phone, they can't just ask for a reset link and have wide-open access to your Apple account.

You can read up on it here:

Manage Primary, Rescue, Alternate, and Notification email addresses

Also, you have the option to set up Two-step Verification which eliminates security questions altogether. That is what I have been using for several years now, and it works without any issues for me:

TWO STEP VERIFICATION

And just because you are a "younger" person does not obviate the need to behave in an adult way when you run into issues, which would, of course, involve, contacting Apple Support directly and getting help:

ACCOUNT SECURITY CONTACT

You have several options available to you including writing down your passwords and keeping them in a safe, secure place so that you can retrieve them if needed....

Best of luck,

GB

Don't post your email address, these are user-to-user public forums - I've asked the hosts to remove it.

What do you mean 'i send request to the email but i dont found the URL for new answer' ?

The reset email will be sent to the verified rescue email address that you have on your account (assuming that you have one on it) - if you aren't receiving it (or don't have a rescue email address) you will have to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account), see the bottom section of : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

If your country isn't on that ‘call us for help’ page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If you have received the reset email, try opening it in a different browser

I have no rescue email! On top of that, Apple blocked me out of the option to change my security questions, and my account has *temporarily been restricted access to. The only difference is that it's only 9:25 PM. Apple Support is usually fast, and wait time has always been less than 5 minutes. But never when you need them most. It's almost like every Apple device/service fails at the same time, and everyone can't wait for Apple Support to dig them out (just wait until you find out that your Apple Care expired).

So, if any one of the brilliant minds at Apple could please improve online Apple Support services, I would be truly grateful. On a side note… The time on Apple.com is incorrect for the East Coast. It's not 6:27 PM (Unless something called "Apple Time" was created for the Apple Watch). User uploaded file
