I just purchased more iCloud and it is not appearing on my iPhone?

I just purchased more iCloud and it is not appearing on my iPhone? I am trying to upgrade to the new software and I needed more storage in my iCloud...so I purchased more storage and I cannot find it..?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
