3194 Error When restore my iPhone

3194 Error When restore my iPhone & my iPad and trying to

1- Edit host file with administrator privilge.

2- Update my iTunes to the latest one.

2- Using another clean computer with new windows and iTunes.

All there solution was not work for me, and this error still apeare

I spen a week with searching for a solution ,I cant fix it. and now my iPhone and iPad is not work

Please help me because I worry and so angry from apple
