How do I add and remove mp3s from my iPhone?

I've forgotten again how to add and remove mp3s from my iPhone. Can someone please remind me? I am an iTunes subscriber using a PC running Windows 7 and iTunes 11.1.

Just do your music sync for now. Turn off photo syncing.

Your music on your iPhone WILL be re-synced to MATCH your new playlist. So, make sure you have all that music you want to KEEP on your iPhone in your new playlist. Any purchases you have on your iPhone will still be there as long as your sync that along with your new playlist.

How do I turn off photo-syncing? It keeps threatening to replace the entire library.

Click on the Photos tab along the top right. Then uncheck Sync Photos from.

Almost sounds like you're connecting your iPhone to a new/ different computer than what you've connected to in the past. Is that the case? The iPhone can only be connected to one computer.

It's the exact same PC, but the iPhone upgraded to iOS 7 and the PC's iTunes to 11.1.1.11. Here is the error message:

The iPhone "My iPhone" is synced with another iTunes library on THINKPAD. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?

An iPhone can only be synced with one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library
