Multi-Disc Albums?

Hello

I have multiple multi-disc albums. When I import them into iTunes they show up in the same album and are seperated by 'Disc 1' and 'Disc 2'.

Is there a way to change the 'Discs' names but keep them in the same album?

For example

Album Name: Iowa (10th Anniversary Edition)

Disc 1: Iowa

Disc 2: Disasterpieces (Live At London Arena, 2002)

Can I change the disc names but keep the album the same?
