I can't download my pre ordered item. It only says "Purchased" how can I download it on my iphone!!!!! The link on the email doesn't even work

I Have the same problem do you know how to download the album???

I pre-ordered Midnight memories yesterday 24th before it came out today 25th, i got an email saying that 4 songs as Diana, midnight memories, story of my life and Strong were available to download so i went to purchased not in this phone and they were there, so now i have them in my phone.🙂 Later night at midnight GMT London time, i got another email saying that the album was ready to download. I followed the same again and i got nothing left to download.😕 I went to the album to re-puchase it again or something and it just says play for the songs i already have and purchased for the whole album and the songs i have left. How is this possible? I tried the log out and log in again and nothing, it stills shows the same.😢 Does anybody can help me? Thank you! x 😍

I have had the same problem with the Midnight Memories album only I got the first three songs and now that the whole album is out I can't download the rest of the songs and it is killing me!! does anyone know what's wrong???

I had the same issue for awhile and I gave up on it. I just recently got up and decided to do something about it, googled it and saw you guys had the same issue. So it gave me motivation to figure it out again. Eventually I figured it out. Hopefully the same steps work for you guys. Not sure what fixed it because I tried two things before I went back to Itunes to reattempt.

My goal was to try to delete cookies. Being new to Mac. I didnt know what i was doing. I ended up erasing my safari history before I figure it out. The second thing I did was go to Safari, Click on Safari (top right) and hit "Reset Safari..." Gave me a few options here. I selected "Clear History, Reset Top Sites, Remove all website data, Clear the downloads window. I went back to Itunes and my first attempt to redownload a song pop up a notification that I had a preorder available to download.

Simply go to the Store section of iTunes, then go to the Store home page if not there already. Under Quick Links are four options, one of which is Purchased. Click that, then under Not in My Library will be any albums or music you have purchased but not downloaded. In the corner of the album will be a cloud with a down arrow, click that and it will begin the download.

I pre-ordered Love Death Immortality by the Glitch Mob, and a book, and it just says purchased on them. Then I go to my email and it says "Pre-order(s) ready for download". I click on it and it sends me to iTunes. Which then proceeds to tell me that I need to answer security questions because it it my first purchase (I purchased Random Access Memories two days prior, so it is a lie). I answer the security questions. It then brings me to the home page and nothing happens. Check library. NOHING IS THERE FOR LOVE DEATH IMMORTALITY. Not even the single "Can't Kill Us" That was given with the original pre order. It deleted my data. Then I sign out. I sign in and it says "'Love Death Immortality' ready for download". Sends me to some security questions. The book? Says purchased, but can't download. I check previous purchases. Neither of them are there. But, I have a smapler that came with the pre order of the book. Which was availabe only by pre order. And I have a single that came only with the preorder. I got news Apple. Your perfect system has a major flaw.

I have the exact same issue with the exact same album.

This is exactly why I was always so hesetant to use Itunes, but nooooo, I wanted to support a group of my favourite artists, and now I'm boned because Apple hasnt gotten thier **** together.

Seriously, Apple Support. You get me my music pronto, or I want my **** money back so I can go by a physical copy.

Yeah I'm ******. I pre-ordered Big Seans new ablbum I Decided in on Christmas Day and the album came out last night and I don't have any of the songs. Total waste of money..
