How to see system info

How can I get system info, not system profiler, to open when I click on the Apple symbol in the top left? All my other Macs open the system info screen that has the basics at a glance, but this computer goes straight to profiler.

MacPro 12 Core, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Storage info doesn't exist in SL. That was introduced in Lion. See Pondiini's The Storage Display, for details.

Hmm, that sounds right. I thought this had Lion. Wonder what it does have...

It shows you right there on the About This Mac screen. It is 10.6.8, Snow Leopard.
