Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I can't delete certain songs from iPhone ios 7.

They show up on my phone but not in iTunes and I can't delete them. it wont let me swipe and delete them on my phone and it wont let me delete them from iTunes because it doesn't show them on my phone. I don't have show all my music because like most of everyone there are some song I regret purchasing. when I try and turn it on and then back off to make the music come off they're still there....plaese help I honestly can't stand the songs that are stuck on my phone

1. Plug Phone into PC

2. Open Itunes

3. Once phone is recognized click on "iPhone" in the top right hand corner

4. In the new screen go to the last tab "On This Phone"

5. Make sure "Music" is highlighted on the left hand side.

6. You should see all the songs in your phone even the greyed out ones

7. Select all the songs in the box so that they are all highlighted dark grey

8. Once all the songs are selected simply right click and hit Delete

9. It will ask you to confirm that you want all songs removed from your phone click "Yes"

10. Once the songs are gone go to the bottom of the screen and click 'Sync'

11. Check your phone, it should say "No Content"
