Movie rentals not working

I saw that this seems to be a large issue. Want to create another post to draw more attention to it. I have 2 ATVs and neither will give me access to a movie we started to rent last night. We were in the middle and it just quit. In ITunes movie app there is only 5 categories and rented is no longer there. I tried the resets, restarts, hard reboots, logging off/on, changing formats/time zone/location. NOTHING is working. Even my IPAD, IPHONE, and IMAC ITunes will not allow me to see rental. However, if I attempt to rent again, it recognizes that there is still time left on my 24 hour window! ******* me off like no tomorrow. I usually sing Apple praise but this is crap! Get it fixed.
