airport not connected
I am on the phone with my mom. The light on her airport is yellow (She can't tell if it is yellow or green, she thinks yellow, she is 79) I can't find why the signal isn't hitting her ipad. Help

If the AirPort light is solid green (meaning the airport is working normally), try these steps on the iPad first:
