I think i have found the solution. It is described on many forums and is a bit routine but it seems the only safe option. You can reinstall your OS (Cmd+R while mac is starting), it will downgrade you to the 10.8, where you can then upgrade to 10.8.5 with combo update and, voila, you have Safari 6.0.5 and a great desing.
I deleted Safari some days ago and only then discovered that Safari is not downloadable any more. So I went through Terminal, made it even worse, found some installers on the Internet that didn't work, downloaded 10.8.5 combo and took PrivateFrameworks folder and StagedFrameworks folder from there and put it in my System\Library. After that it didn't work again, but I downloaded 6.1 form AppStore again and.. It works! Not 6.0.5, but it's not as impossible as Apple employees say on the forum.
So, now I made a Time Machine copy of system and going to try the solution described in the beginning. If it works, I will make a copy of that system too. I'll know that I have a working ML full of Jobs-era desing and will be able to update to Mavericks.
