iCloud mail not available after mavericks

Hi,

everything is working just fine after the upgrade that took me 45 min.

The only thing is that I can not access my iCloud mail content from Mail, while the other gmail accounts are working just fine on Mail.

the message I get is: "this account appears to be offline due to a network problem. Do you want to try to go online now?"

What can you recommend ?

I still have @mac.com, @me.com and @icloud.com...... since I had created the first account back then....

Now under Mail I see @me.com and @icloud.com under preferences....

I use @mac.om when it comes to Apple ID, for iTunes Store and other things...

Regarding email I use @me.com and/or @icloud.com

anyone with the same issue?

I'll appreciate any help...

thanks...

Hi C Carrera, I'm not sure I understand completely but I'll try to help. When you have Mail open, click on the "Mail" menu at the top. You'll see "About Mail", "Preferences", "Accounts" etc.... If you drag down and select "Accounts" this will take you to the system preferences pane for "internet accounts". However if you select "preferences" you will see tabs at the top for "General, "accounts", Junk Mail etc. Click on accounts and see if you can add your email information in there. I hope this helps.
