Mavericks and iTunes 11.1.2 Won't wifi sync iPhone

I've tried to restart all my device and my imac, nothing else : no wifi synch... If users can do wifi synch, there are only some circumstance where problem occur. But what circumstance ?

iTunes will hook my phone up, but then it says that the phone can't sync because thesync failed to start in the first place. Half of the songs on my phone are from cds, and the icloud doesn't back those up, so I can't put them on my phone, and THAT is a major issue for me.

I had the same issue this morning, but a restart brought all three devices (iPad 2, iPad Mini, and iPhone 5s) back into iTunes. Strange bug. I wonder if it's an iOS 7 issue or Mavricks. Is everyone with this problem running iOS 7.0.3 and Mavericks?

I have exactly the same problem with an iPad 2 and an iPhone 5 after updating to Mavericks and the lastest iTunes.

For moments, iTunes seems to recognize them, but just for a couple of minutes. I restarted both devices and even my router with no positive response.

Also, after updating iTunes, my Apple TV didn't recognize home sharing until 3 restarts.

Yeah, i've just submited an iTunes feedback. Still trying to sort this somehow...

Finally got all my photos to sync but it took about seven or eight tries :(

No luck here. The only way iTunes detects my iPhone is through the cable.

I may have found the fix. At least it's working for me for the time being. Create a brand new network "Location" in the "Network" pane of "System Preferences". It can't be a duplicate of your current "Location" (I tried that); it must be a brand new location:

1) Quit iTunes if it's running.

2) Select "System Preferences..." from the Apple menu in the top left corner of the screen.

2) Click once on "Network".

3) Write down or take screenshots of your network settings. [beyond the scope of these instructions]

4) Click on the "Location:" drop-down menu and select "Edit Locations...".

5) Click the "+" button to create a new location. Name it and click "Done".

6) Configure your network settings [beyond the scope of these instructions] and click "Apply".

7) Open a web browser and visit a web site to make sure your new network settings are working.

8) Open iTunes and watch your iOS devices appear again.
