since update to Aperture 3.5 tonight the white balance in all of my pictures is completely wrong (way too cool with a greenish tint).
After setting the white balance with the eyedropper it reads on a Whibal grey card

G: 188
B: 156

Do you have a RAW file from one of yours that can be emailed?

The issue is entirely Aperture. RAW photos taken via tether directly from my 5DMKII into Aperture have the issue. At the moment, using the White Balance dropper tool to set white balance via temp & tint doesn't work. You get the green cast described above.
OK -- with Temp and Tint I can replicate. Not with Natural Gray nor with Skin Tone, nor with Auto.

I too use a Whi-Bal card to set white balance in my RAW photos (5D MK II) and see the exact same issue. Let's hope for a quick fix.
I also have the bug. Both with Current Sony A77 recently imported files, and with older Canon S95 and KM A7, Sony A700 files. Also, the "target" and readouts in the loupe seem to come and go relative to the position of the cursor. Apparently there is some bug with regard to multi-displays also, and my copy has crashed twice. Nice update.
My installation has the same bug. Using Sony RAWs (NEX3, NEX6, a900). Very annoying!
Same here with 5DIII fiels! This is a terrible bug ( oversight ) for people working with RAW files. Luckily I can probably get by with the natural gray setting, but I've always used Temperature and Tint.
I am having the exact same problem as described with a Canon 60D. I went back and verified that this is also happening with RAW files from my old Canon 40D. This does NOT happen when I use the dropper under "Skin Tone" or "Natural Grey", just with "Termperature & Tint". I've never had this problem before, it just started happening when I updated Aperture to version 3.5. I am using RAW 4.09.
Hopefully Apple releases a quick fix for this. It's rather inconvenient.
