Upgrading iPhoto 9.4.3 CD Version to 9.5

You need to be running 10.9 and you may need to wait a few hours for the update to show in the App Store.

I'm having the same issue. No updates for iLife and iWork from the AppStore at all.

E.g. my iPhoto Version is 9.4.3.

No AppStore Updates and within the app the update function tells me there are no new versions avaiable.

What's wrong out there? Or do we really need to buy everything from the AppStore? Might be quite expensive.

What system are you running? You must be running Mavericks, 10.9, in order to get those apps free.

I have the same issue. Mavericks and iPhoto 9.4.3. Store asks me to buy it.

Does it show up in Purchases? If it does what do you get when you click on it anyway. You should be taken to the info page for iPhoto and it should show as a free download.

Same issue. Have updated iPhoto and OSX on Imac and MacBook Pro from original CD purchases, using App store to arrive at Mavericks and iPhoto 9.4.3 today but I am now being asked to pay for the upgrade to iPhoto 9.5 (and other iLife apps) but my iWork apps (Pages etc upgrade fine). Is this an Apple authorisation issue OT, Terence?

CD Versions doesn't appear on the AppStore. When I go to iPhoto in the AppStore for example, I need to purchase it even though it is already on my iMac.

But in the past all updates came via the AppStore for CD versions of iWorks and iLife. So I doesn't this time.

Change the language of OS in preferences for any other, reboot your mac, open mac app store and updates would show up. Somehow worked for me and my friends 😉 Then you can go back to your orginal language.
