iBooks not syncing between iOS7 and Maverick

iBooks not syncing between iOS7 and Maverick

Just updated my MBP to Mavericks and only a few items have synced from my phone to the mac in iBooks. The phone was also updated to iOS7.0.3 (the latest) today too before the Mavericks update.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a bug which will hopefully be fixed shortly? Or is there something I can do to resolve this?

I have a number of .pdf´s in iBooks (.pdf books) on the phone and would obviously want everything on the phone accessible on the computer, as is the idea.

Many thanks for your help/advice.

So, I have been LOST in this discussion trying to find out what I originally searched a solution for: I have PDFs on my IPAD and cannot get to my DESKTOP macbook pro. I can sync all I want without ANY issues from desktop to ipad ie macbook pro -----> ipad. What I cannot do is sync the pdfs in ibooks on my IPAD onto my macbook pro and have them show up in ibooks. ie ipad --------> macbook pro = complete fail. Can anyone please respond and provide any work arounds they have found to this? Thanks 🙂

Having ibooks seperate from itunes is ridiculously stupid and makes as much sense as the faceook ios now needing Messenger 😟

Solution for me. For some reason it put all of my PDF's in an Unknown folder under Music in Itunes. Here is where I found them although since I store and backup to an external drive your file structure might look a bit different.

Music/Itunes/Itunes Media/Music/Unknown Artist/Unknown Album

That is it. They were all right there! Nothing else I tried led me to a solution and I searched through everything.

Hope this Helps someone out.
