i bought a new iPhone 5s space gray color through apple online store , however I'm not okay with color i would like to get it exchanged it with a silver one.. BTW the product is already delivered to me. Any suggestions about the return or exchange policy

You have 30 days, to return or exchange it. If you open it you can still return/exchange it within 30 days but you will have to pay a $35 restocking fee. Just go to an apple store and tell the you want a different color. Apple has some of th best customer service I've ever experienced, they will get you th phone you want.

You can sell your iPhone, and buy another with the color scheme you believe to be more aesthetically pleasing.
