I thought one of the new features was smooth scrolling from the Month view of the calendar. I can scroll everywhere else in OS X but it doesn't work from the month view.
Anyone else confirm that I should be able to scroll in the month view? Any thoughts on why I can't?

Mine scrolled on the first launch of calendar but now it is stuck. Looks like its a bug because it moves 1 pixel or so and the month labels flicker. I just submitted a bug report.
Same here, logoff/logon "solved" it for me, obviously a bug.
I've logged in and back out and rebooted. Also uninstalled the Logitech Control Center software. Tried several different mice (both wired and wireless) and none of them will scroll. But the trackpad works!
Hopefully that bug report will get some attention especially since they touted it as a great new feature of Calendar.
If they can't fix the scrolling hopefully they just move the navigation left/today/right buttons back to the right side of the window where the search box is. Having the 2 most used functions at oppososite sides of the window is very frustrating.
Mine doesn't work wither and I have a spanish blue tooth Kensington mouse and keyboard.
I have the IMAC i7 2.8 GHz 12GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Ram
Hopefully this helps fix the bug.
It works on my mac mini which is the newest one. I just bought it a month ago.

I have the same bug. I have a logitech mouse (no logitech software installed) and an apple track pad running on a 2011 mac mini. The trackpad scrolls just fine but the mouse doesn't scroll at all.
New iMac, trackpad, upgraded to Mavericks a couple of weeks ago. Scrolling, which had been working fine in Calendar, suddenly stopped working this afternoon, but seemed to work in all other apps. I Restarted with re-open windows unchecked. It seems to have solved the problem (for now anyway).
Same situation for me. I followed trevor100011's advice and it worked for me.
Yup, same here. Able to scroll calendar with trackpad but not with mouse on my Macbook Pro. Just upgraded to Mavericks and noticing a lot of bugs.
I encountered this problem today and it seemed to be stemming from a bug with the multiple desktops I'd created. I solved the scrolling problem by deleting the desktop I had iCal isolated on. Once iCal was scrolling again, I closed the application, made a new desktop, re-opened iCal, and it's now scrolling again.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

What exactly do you mean? Did you go into Mission Control and delete the screen that Ical was currently open in? That just moves Ical to the next screen (or desktop as you called it.) It doesn't solve the problem of not being able to scroll through Ical with your mouse (trackpad works but not the mouse.)
Yes, I went into Mission Control and deleted the screen Calendar was open in. I actually deleted all my screens until just one was left. This was when Calendar started scrolling again. My problem was scrolling with a trackpad, not a mouse. Sorry, should have clarified.
This had been working just fine, until a few days ago.
Nothing related had changed.
Mac Pro, 10.9.1 - neither Apple Magic Mouse nor Apple Trackpad can move the **** thing.
