I thought one of the new features was smooth scrolling from the Month view of the calendar. I can scroll everywhere else in OS X but it doesn't work from the month view.
Anyone else confirm that I should be able to scroll in the month view? Any thoughts on why I can't?

After a little more testing the scrolling works from the trackpad but not from my Logitech wireless mouse. Even though it scrolls everywhere else within OS X.
Same issue. Can't scroll w/trackpad b/t months on iMac, 10.9.1 - but CAN w/Magic Mouse and on MacBook Air (both 10.9.1). Tried the closing windows thing - didn't work. Suggestions? This is really annoying.
I've had the same issue (iMac, 10.9.1 with a trackpad. What fixes it for me is to close all applications and then turn off the computer and leave it overnight. Sleep mode doesn't work. I've had to do this several times because the issue keeps coming back but I've got a fix that works for me.
Same problem here. I've tried all the remedies mentioned here to no avail, including zapping the PRAM. Logouts, multiple shutdowns and reboots don't work. I'm not going to reinstall OSX (currently 10.9.2), it's just not worth it. But to not be able to scroll in month view is crazy.
Add me to the list of people with the continuous scroll problem. It's worth it to say here that when working, this feature is very useful, as it allows me to envision weeks that are adjacent but in differnent months without having to page back and forth, which is annoying and disruptive. I hope Apple can find a fix to it.
I was having the same problem. Restarting did not work. And then I changed the batteries in my Magic Mouse. Lo and behold, that fixed the issue. Hope this helps at least some of you.
The same problem for me. I've tested 2 Logitech mouses: Performance MX and MX Air. With both devices scroll in Calendar doesn't work. In all other applications it works perfectly.
Never had this issue. Is a bug that happens when you start using external mouse it seems. I connected one to play Mincraft recently and since then, this bug occurs.

Same problem here. Since I switched to a wired Logitech mouse (from Apple magic mouse; because I am working with a docking station now, and the wireless mice don't like the closed MacBook - another problem, sigh) - anyway. Since I swithced, no smooth scrolling is working in Calender, except vertical scroll in week-display: No horizontal scrolling whatsoever, and no vertical scrolling on monthly display. Very annoying. And yes: I tried the suggestions given in this post, to no avail.
