Thanks. Please research updates for the following:

Oracle VirtualBox - your version is very old

Parallels - Parallels 9 is required for Mavericks

SIMBL - "enables hacks and plugins" which is not a good idea to begin with, and is also very old

These are only a few "suspects" of the many you have installed. Any of them, the interaction of one with another, or one I haven't mentioned may be responsible for your Mac's performance, but your first actions upon upgrading OS X is to ensure the system modifications installed on your Mac are up to date. Start with the above three and proceed with others - either update them with versions known to be compatible with Mavericks, or uninstall them according to their respective developer's instructions.

SIMBL is still present and loaded at startup. You should get rid of it.

ElectroMac74, check your console log and see if there are any constantly repeating messages that show up.

Well, what I was thinking that if you see a set of messages appearing over and over. Then the app the is sending them might be having issues with Mavericks.

On another note. Have you repaired disk permissions?

Wow, More than I expected. While I'm not an expert at reading Console logs. Here are a couple of things that stand out.

The first set appears to be audio plug-in issues. Do you have any plug-ins/apps that came with a set of blue-tooth speakers?

Another set near the end looks to be having issues with menu items (volume, battery, and clock) do you have something like istat menus running? If so is it the latest version. There has been an update in the past couple of days.

In the middle the system seems to be have issues with a calendar item(s) it looks to be an repeating event starting in 3/27/1970 and ending in 2000 repeating yearly by month. If you can find those events and delete them. Recreate them if they are still necessary.

Those are at least a couple of ideas I got from your pasted log.

for calendar thats about the battery which is in the 0% side, when i shutdown the macbook and disconnect power supply, motherboar got no power at all. i change TimeSetting every time i unplug,(i had very light Tea damage a year ago i changed the keyboard, and had made extensive hadware test at Genius bar AppleStore two mont ago, battery was at 5%health , i launch a Hardware Test by holding the D  at the start up few hours ago)

i use  a canon mouse, and a sony bluetooth headphone but i havnt install any driver, by the way i had turn Bluetooth off for now.

No problem. I'm wondering if this isn't related to your battery issue. As in the system forgets some information. I've seen similar issues with old desktop macs where the parameter RAM (PRAM) gets messed up after the PRAM backup battery is dead.
