How to show hidden files in Finder (OS X 10.9)?

Hi Apple-lovers and Apple-users!

I haven't found a solution, how to show hidden files in Finder since the update to OS X 10.9.. I know how to show them in the Terminal but I want to see them in the Finder too.
I know the Terminal-commands for showing hidden files in OS X 10.8. ("defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE&&killall Finder") but this doesn't work anymore.

So if somebody has figured it out yet - please help me! 🙂

Use an app that can toggle the invisible files visible and then invisible.

InVisible 1.2.1

Show Hide Invisible Files 1.6

iShow Invisible 1.6.5

Show Hide Invisible Files 1.6

Much easier than using the Terminal

killall Finder command worked fine for me using OS X 10.9.5

TechConsult:~ username$ defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 1

TechConsult:~ username$ killall Finder

Verified that hidden files were appearing

TechConsult:~ username$ defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles 0

TechConsult:~ username$ killall Finder

Verified that hidden files were once again hidden.
