Post in your native language or find someone to translate the responses you've gotten. You apparently don't understand English. Nothing wrong with that, but this back and forth game is pointless. If you can't answer basic questions and give accurate responses, we can't help you.
Esta bien entiendo su inquietud, entonces digame que necesita saber para solucionarme este problema.
Gracias.
estoy escribiendo en mi idioma nativo, a ver si ustedes me pueden entender mejor.
inform you that this community is not in Spanish.
I'll have to keep writing with my bad English.
This is an international community. Perhaps you should try starting a new thread with the subject line in Spanish. That way the Spanish Speaking members may take more notice of it.
Can you send the link to this forum in Spanish?
There is no Spanish "version" of this forum. Just post your question here in Spanish.
If it's stating "Apple id cannot be used to unlock this phone" Then this means your typing in the correct info BUT it's not matching up to what this device is locked to.
I would suggest to call AppleCare. What has been happening lately is your device will show up with an old apple id if you had changed your primary email address but did not change it in your phone settings for iCloud, and when you update ios 7, what happens is it shows old email address.
You're best bet is to call Apple. What this basically means, to sum it up, is that your iPhone is locked to another OR old apple id.

Hope this helps
I'm having this exact same issue:
I had to restore an iPhone, first I had to disable the "find my iPhone" feature (which I did) and then proceded with the restoring.
When I get to the Welcome Screen, it displays the following message: "This iPhone is currently linked to an Apple ID (xxxx@gmail.com). Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to set up this iPhone."
I use the same Apple ID and password that I used minutes ago to disable "Find my Iphone" and I'm greeted with the following message: "xxxxx@gmail.com" cannot be used to unlock this iPhone."
What can I do? I live in Chile, so calling Apple is out of the question
Your phone was always yours? Or is second hand?
My phone has always been mine
If the phone has been always yours (since new?) how can he ask you details that you never had?
He's asking an email and password, right? And he email shows the first letter? You don't recognize it?
Yes, I recognize it: i've never had another email. But when I enter it, it says that it cannot be used to unlock this iPhone.
When I enter icloud/find, I don't see any devices. However, Apple Support says that the authentication lock is activated.
So weird... well, I guess its time to buy a new phone
That doesn't make any sense. If the phone was bought for you new, the iPhone can't ask you another iCloud details. And it it asks, apple must solve that problem! When you bought it, it was brand new sealed?
When the iPhone asks the iCloud details, does it shows the first letter of your ema and the server? Example :
" this iPhone bla bla iCloud details:
? Does it show 1 letter? Do you recognize that letter has the first meter of your email?
Yes, it's the same letter of my Apple ID, but, my apple ID is not beign recognized.
Anyways, I already bought an iPhone 5S, so that'll be the end of it
