Vodafone Mobile Broadband on Mavericks

I just updated by Mac Air to Mavericks, but I am not able to use my Vodafone USB Key. I installed what I think is the newest version of Vodafone Mobile Broadbands, it connects on UMTS for a few seconds but then automatically close the connection. Anybody who is suffering the same problem? Thanks for the help

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Finally I found a solution available and easy:

1) Upgrade to last Vodafone Mobile Broadband

2) Shutdown your MacBook Pro.

3) Connect your USB Device K3765 (with your Mac off)

4) Start your MacBook Pro.

5) Run Vodafone Mobile Broadband

And, runs correctly.

I have done this several times and has worked in all.

If you put in hibernation state the Mac, without disconnecting USB device, when returning to raise the screen, it also works without problems.

Hi,

I found another workaround. I simply plugged the 3G dongle straight into my ADSL D-Link router (it has one USB jack) set that up and now all the devices at home, no matter what OS they are using, work at the MUCH higher speed of Vodafon 3G. Beats the slow, unreliable Telkom ADSL by a factor of 5-10. Also much pricier than Telkom but fortunately its a business dongle.. :-)

How do I check my K3675 firmware?

After installing the latest version of Vodafone Mobile Broadband and the MacBook Air, the stuff stays connected for few seconds (but in the meanwhile Safari says "No connection"), the disconnects and reconnects againg...

Did you notice any difference when using an administrator login (I usually don't access with the administrator priveleges)?
