Problems with current update for the iphone 5 C to correct bugs.
It is now frozen and will not move. It only allows me to make emergency phone calls. Any suggestions?

Problem solved. I just had to power it off and then on again. Duh. I feel utterly stupid. Support said that if your phone freezes do this first.
