Maybe something to do with daylight saving time? (particularly in Brazil)

Issues like this need to be brought to attention of Apple. The way to do that is via the feedback page, as they do not participate here on the forum. Please go to www.apple.com/feedback and click on the appropriate link and report this as a bug. Good luck.

Estou com o mesmo problema. O calendário está funcionando perfeitamente no iPad (iOS 7.0.3) e no meu Macbook Pro com Mavericks. Só no iPhone é que dá pau! Será que é por causa do horário de verão?

I have that very same issue. iCal works perfectly on my iPad - running iOS 7.0.3 - and on my Macbook Pro running Mavericks. It's just on the iPhone that the problem is present. Could this problem be related to daylight saving time?
