I looked at my payment info in itunes and I had a $15 itunes card scanned in. When I went to take my credit card off my itunes balance disappeared. I cannot find the balance anymore. I already threw the card away. How can I get my balance back?

Can you answer me a question. I clicked on report a problem to see what the page actually said ... and it came up with the details of my last iTunes purchase plus some personal details too. Would you know if this screen automatically throws up the last individual purchase of whoever links to it ... and it is secure.
If this is an abberation would you have a contact link to get immediate attention.

It should be secure, I grabbed it off Apple's Support iTunes page. Whenever visiting a public place, reset the browser settings before leaving. It should in theory time out, but you can never be too careful if you are accessing your personal account information.
It appears I did not sign out of itunes the last time I visited it and made a small purchase. All the same I have since signed out but my details are still there.
Just to be on the safe side I am going to advise itunes and see what they say. If it looks a problem I will tell you.
