I upgrade my iPhone 4 to IOS 7.0.3 when I tried to use the calculator to check % of math problem it give wrong answer for example the 1/2 as percentage is 0.02 which is wrong I check the same problem with my wife iPhone 4 S with IOS 7.0.3 I hope this bug to be fixed in next update

What exactly is the error? Or what was the formula you were inputting?
1/2 and then % the answer is 0.02 which is wrong it is supposed 50%
If by chance you were trying to do what you just described, it is possible you did it this way. Would you please respond to acknowledge that. If you are in the calculator and do 1/2 and then press the percent key, that will change the 2% to .002. If you then press the = sign, you will get the correct answer which is 50. Because you changed the problem from 1/2 to 1/.02. It is working just fine.

Can you explain what you are doing?
Sounds like you are trying to get a result form a wrongly entered value.
2% = 0.02
1/2 in percent would be 0.5
But you can't actually enter 1/2 in the calculator. You would need to enter 0.5. Or divide 1 by 2 to get 0.5 which is 50%.
