In Safari, every time I go to google.com or google.co.uk page, an additional window opens at the top of the page inviting me to download the google search app (which is already installed. How can I stop this very annoying intrusion?

On my iPhone, typing your requirements in the search field at the top of the screen invokes a Google search. Google is selected as the default search engine at Settings > Safari > Search Engine. Why would I need to go to Google.com?
now i have a google account, which shows at google search, but there you can set in settings to 'never use the app'. I checkmarked that and the notification if i want to use the app or not didnt show up anymore 🙂
I am not sure if not using a google account where the settings are do do, but there is a way to turn off that annoying message.
How can I stop getting a google search app notification in Safari?
