Well I was trying to ignor the problem, BUT I spent an hour on the phone with Apple, the local store, the local 3rd party store and online chat, seems that they want to replace the logic board etc but I called time on the chat as I know many who have spent ages going through this process and it has not fixed the problem, also the MBP's in store all do the same thing! Anyway the local 3rd party store has not had any in with this problem but we agree it is as the owners proberly have not seen it, even the guy in store has not seen it on his MBP and is going to take a look at his, bet you it does the same!
I asked the Apple support IF I take it in for a new logic board will it resolve it 100%, he did not give a garantee!
So the problem continues until Apple find a soulution that can be offered that DOES fix the problem.
What now......live with it.....return it for a refund.....who the **** knows!
It spoils a great device and thats comming from a PC guy who has changed to Mac after 30 years of PC's, shame!!
Come on Apple cough up, own up that its an iussue and at this time there is no fix! Then I can rest assured your on the case to resolve it..or shall I go back and get my £1,700.00 back!?
:S
