why doesn't my disney junior work on apple tv

If help is desired, providing the specifics of the error would be a good place to start.

Are you in a region where the app is actually available?

Are you using a proxy or VPN to connect to the Internet?

I'm getting the same Error. I activated the one at home and my office. Both times, I get to the app, can select a show and episode. It starts loading and I get the following error:

User Not Authorized Error. Please contact us if you need futher assitance.

Error code: 400-1.

I get the Disney Chanel (including Junior) at home. But for some reason, this isn't working. HBOGo (which is the same concept) works fine (both at office and home).

Home isn't behind a VPN or Proxy. Neither is office (thought the set up here is a bit more complicated). I am in the US so am guessing the app is authorized here.

One more datapoint, my provider is Cox.

This just happened on Comcast Xfinity. Same message and error code. It affects at least one other of the Disney channels in the same way. Logging out and reactivating resolved it at least for now. Likely a temporary problem but still worth reporting to Disney.

Sorry Loren, not sure I saw a FAQ's? Where are they? Haven't been able to resolve with logging out and logging back in or reseting the Apple TV.

You need to reset the settings in the options and re-enter all the information again. It happens after every update. Such a terrible system.

We are having the same problem here in a Northeastern CT with Comcast as the cable provider. It's been happening for at least two weeks. Happened simultaneously on two apple tvs we have here.

The disney apps work fine on my iPad and iPhone.

TThis is what worked for me...

1- go into the disney junior app

2- click on settings

3- click on sign out

4- sign back in

I've had to do this a few times and it seems to do the trick!
