VoiceOver Kit error occurred (1701)

I've received a messege to update the VoiceOver Kit to iTunes and iPod Shuffle, the system is downloaded but shows the message below when it is prepared to be installed. Then How can I solve this problem?

"ITunes was unable to install the VoiveOver Kit. An unknown error occurred (1701)."

ITunes version: 11.1.2 (32) 64-bit

IPod Version:1.0.1

OS X Mavericks
