How to type a midpoint / middle dot / interpunct in iOS

How do you type a midpoint / middle dot / interpunct in iOS? It's · this · little · symbol.

I'd expect it to be somewhere in the extra characters in the keyboard (such as held-down alternative to • or even .) but I can't find it.

(On a slightly related issue, also how do you file a OS X or iOS bug? Because I wanted to use a midpoint, I create a Text autocorrect rule for two •• to be replaced by a · [two bullet points automatically get replaced by a midpoint]. However, this creates a really annoying bug with OS X where in password fields, which are obscured with • for each character, the autocorrection mechnism comes in and picks on up the bullets • being displayed and tries to replace kick in my custom rule, even though the character I'm typing have no bullets – e.g. imagine I type abcdefghi for my password, it still tries to replace it and stuffs up what's being typed.)
