I am trying again since one and a half hour to connect with the personell hotspot without suchess This Happens nearly every week.
I am throwing both devices through the window to the street.
You need to isolate which device is actually having the problem. Get someone else to try to connect to your hotspot (preferably more than one). If they all have problems the issue is with your hotspot. If they don't it is probably your iPad.
