My Apple ID review not complete

I App Store click and apple id and password Click review

I feel all rows and click next

For assistance contect support

Please complete my Apple ID and dounload app and music etc.

I need help..iTunes are taking money out every other week for an account iv cancelled on payment and subscription,I have two iPhones and the one I don’t use is in my dads email and he’s always receiving emails saying it’s not been paid but it’s been cancelled... I use the other account but it’s leaving me with no money when it’s taking money out for two accounts which one has been cancelled,iv spoken to the bank online and they’ve said iv got to be in contact with you
