Whenever I receive a notification for Passbook and swipe to open it from the lockscreen iOS7 instantly reboots. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm experiencing this, too, on my iPhone 4 with iOS 7.0.4. I'm glad that AMEX is aware of it. It's very subpar on their part.
Just thought I'd clarify, this is happening for both my American Express and my Starbucks notifications, so I don't think this is an American Express issue.
In my case a have some problems with the time date and timezone and passbook they didnt update and load

Yes, problem is solved in IOS 7.1 (still in beta). I have tested myself in beta 7.1 release 2 , and problem is solved there.
Is this bug related only to Passbook notifications on the lock screen? I am experiencing crashing on the lock screen when swimping on push notifications from apps like facebook or even message notifications.

have the same problem with amex and starbucks in passbook
my understanding is this has been fixed in iOS 7.1, due in March.
