Opening Passbook notifications crashes iOS7

Whenever I receive a notification for Passbook and swipe to open it from the lockscreen iOS7 instantly reboots. Is anyone else having this issue?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.3

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

With iOS 7 it is recommended that you have 15-20% of the storage space on the device free. For a 16 GB device that is 2.4-3.2 GB free. For a 32 GB device that is 4.8-6.4 GB free. For a 64 GB device that is 9.6-12.8 GB free.

For me it's crashing on the American Express Pass, which isn't tied to any specific app (I don't even have the Amex app installed on my phone). It's a service you sign up for on the Amex website via your iPhone (https://sync.americanexpress.com/passbook/) and it sends transaction notifications to Passbook. It all worked fine for me until iOS 7.0.3. That's the only Passbook service I use, so I have no way of knowing whether the crash is related to that particular pass or a larger issue.

Anyone else with the same crash issue using a different app in Passbook?

Same here. Amex passbook card. I don't think it is rebooting. I think the lock screen just crashes and until the OS can rebuild it, it shows the boot logo, but it absolutely looks like a reboot..

Anyone know how to contact Amex on this issue?

Ahh.. here is a link. Go to this Amex page, then click "American Express Pass Customer Service" and go through the forms.
