Opening Passbook notifications crashes iOS7
Whenever I receive a notification for Passbook and swipe to open it from the lockscreen iOS7 instantly reboots. Is anyone else having this issue?
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.3

Yes, I've had the exact same problem since upgrading to 7.0.3. I can't figure out why.
I also have this problem on my iPhone 4S (iOS 7.0.3). The time it takes to reboot seems to be faster than a normal (intentional) reboot.
Same here with my iPhone 5. Very irritating. But as Jeremy12345 says, it does seem to come back faster than a full reboot.
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
With iOS 7 it is recommended that you have 15-20% of the storage space on the device free. For a 16 GB device that is 2.4-3.2 GB free. For a 32 GB device that is 4.8-6.4 GB free. For a 64 GB device that is 9.6-12.8 GB free.
I've tried the reset (64GB iPhone 5 with 12.27GB available), but the problem persists. I've also tried restoring the phone from a backup but that hasn't fixed the problem either. I've been contemplating wiping the phone completely and starting over but that seems drastic and I really dread the thought of having to do that...
Which passbook app is it crashing on? Mine works perfect - I use Dunkin Donuts almost every day and Walgreens about once a week. Never has crashed.
For me it's crashing on the American Express Pass, which isn't tied to any specific app (I don't even have the Amex app installed on my phone). It's a service you sign up for on the Amex website via your iPhone (https://sync.americanexpress.com/passbook/) and it sends transaction notifications to Passbook. It all worked fine for me until iOS 7.0.3. That's the only Passbook service I use, so I have no way of knowing whether the crash is related to that particular pass or a larger issue.
Anyone else with the same crash issue using a different app in Passbook?
Aside from anyone else having probs, have you contacted Amex for help?? This def sounds like an app issue.
I can confirm I am having this issue with the AMEX and Starbucks App with Passbook. Unless their apps are created by the same company I would presume this is an IOS 7.0.3 issue and should be addressed in the next update by Apple.
This seems to be an iOS 7.0.3 issue indeed. The issue occurs on push notifications, not on location-based notifications. We (www.fosbury.co) didn't change anything and it worked fine on a previous version of iOS. I hope they will fix it soon!
Same here. Amex passbook card. I don't think it is rebooting. I think the lock screen just crashes and until the OS can rebuild it, it shows the boot logo, but it absolutely looks like a reboot..
Anyone know how to contact Amex on this issue?
Ahh.. here is a link. Go to this Amex page, then click "American Express Pass Customer Service" and go through the forms.

Well, I got an email today that they are working on it, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
I have the same issue (AMEX transaction notification) and it happened again with 7.0.4.
Seems to me that there is some unclean script that is called out by the notification (maybe relates to some security verification not expected by iOS)
Having the same issues here, with my AMEX and Starbucks passes. I had these from my iOS 6 upgrade, so I tried deleting them and recreated, but the issue persists.
I am having same issue with american express push notification. When i get location based passbook notification and when i swipe on it, it didn't give crash. So only problem with american express app.
