Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Since updating, my Apple Remote Desktop 3.7 is not working properly.

Since updating to 3.7, my Apple Remote Desktop Admin is not working properly.

Prior to the update, everthing was working correctly.

Since the update, workstations are not showing up in the Scanner, some workstations are flickering between Available & Offline, others are showing as Access Denied. I have updated all of the clients to the appropriate ARD clients.

What is going on with this version?

Hi folks! Eeven now Apple did update the Apple Remote Desktop Admin 3.7.2 to 3.8, it still doesn/t work with clients behind a singel IP address using different port numbers for each client. So I am convicted to use 3.7.1...

I talked to David Cronin at Apple Support in april 2014 and he said Apple was working on this issue. They came with 3.7.2 which was not working and now 3.8 is out, it still doesn't work !
Apple, talk to your users and listen to them!
