I have bought the newest 13' retina mac book. But the keyboard failed 3 times the first day!! I was really upset about that. Some discussions on the website show chrome may be the problem. But after I unstall the chrome, the problem still exists. And it has failed about 6 times till now.
What should I do?

You are under warranty if it has been less than a year since you purchased the MBP.
Make an appointment at a Apple Genius bar and have them check it out. This is their problem, not yours. Take full advantage of your warranty.
If it has been less than 14 days you can get a replacement or a refund.
You should return it for a full refund until Apple fixes this issue. It could be a week or a month before apple has a fix.
