Verizon Iphone 5s Unlocked?

Does the Verizon iphone 5s come factory unlocked to where I can use it on carriers in other countries? I'm worried that the CDMA portion of the phone which controls the voice/text messaging will prevent me from using carriers in countries like Canada/England. Is this a valid concern or would "factory unlocked" mean I'm clear to use it anywhere? Thanks.
