Remove Hotspot shield

Hi all,

I wish to remove hotspot shield from my Mac. It says I can't do this as it's open.

How do I quit? Have looked for help on this, but it say click on icon and selcet exit, I dont get this option when I click icon!

Any help will be appreciated.

imac, Mac OS X (10.5.8)

Many thanks for your advice. Worked on my Mac Mini, but just to be sure I also deleted Hotspot from programs and the original download file from the Download folder. Thanks again

Great! Thanks. What a nightmare. I downloaded HSS to fix a problem and turned into the Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly. So happy to get rid of it following your excellent instructions :-)
