Bug warning - Mac Mail Undo Delete loses email

Hi.

We've just discovered a bug in Mavericks mail when using Gmail/Google Apps.

Using a gmail account, if an email is deleted from the inbox, it goes to the trash/bin, but then if you try to use cmd-z to undo this move, the email will completely dissapear, even when searching for it using the gmail browser interface and mac mail search.

We've reported it as a bug, but just a warning to anyone who is losing emails without explanation.

Cheers.

This bug is super annoying, but here is a workaround, assuming you can "undo" the delete so that you can see who it is from:

- Redo the delete (command-shift-Z)

- search for the sender (which should reveal the email among any others received from the sender)

- select the email (it's contents should now be visible)

- move it to your inbox (click-and-drag)

It's like in the process of deleting, Mail can't re-associate the contents of the email from the summary.

Please fix this.
