Second monitor not recognized.

I have 2 Viewsonic (VX830 I think they are called) flatscreens connected to my G5 2*1.8 with a Gforce FX 5200. Most of the time the G5 only recognizes the right monitor, the left will work but without the coloprofile I want, resulting in a unpleasant cold light from this monitor.
Restarting the computer with the defect monitor turned off may sometimes solve the problem, the colorprofile will be available when I power up the monitor, bur many times it's endless rebooting, almost like a PC!

Annybody have an answer?
