US Cellular CDMA iPhone Q

Does anybody know if the SIM will be unlocked like Verizon?

I will be moving out of the U.S. Cellular Licensed Market in 8 months. If the SIM is unlocked I am weighing whether to pay the pro-rated ETF when I move and then go onto AT&T or T-Mobile in RI.

Where I am currently living (Maine) USC is the champ and other providers are subpar, hence my desire to stay with USC for now.

If nobody knows I will update with answer this weekend.

Well, after two store employees didn't know an answer to my question, I eventually reached an "Apple" trained person at the tech call center who says the GSM SIM card is LOCKED, even internationally. This is the most restriction you can have on a CDMA iPhone 5s.

I will be going with Verizon or Sprint...

If anyone actually has a US Cellular iPhone and wants to confirm, that would be great. Seems absurd to reduce a World phone with so much capability.
