i dont have the imei becouse the phone is not starting and i lost the original box

You can take it to an Apple store, and they may be able to fix it. They will not be able to if it is jailbroken, or if it was stolen (they will know).
Have you tried basic troubleshooting yourself?
Reset: Charge for 15 minutes with a wall adapter, then hold HOME and SLEEP buttons until an Apple logo appears
Restore from DFU mode (google it).
IMEI on iPhone 5 is engraved on its back case. You may bring it to an Apple Retail Store for further diagnosis.
