audiobooks not syncing to my iphone

What worked for me was re-authorizing my computer with audible.com

Some of the audio books were form audible and my new mac wouldn't sync them.

Double click on the book on itunes. If it is an audible book it will ask for the audible credentials, and then it synced perfectly!

Thanks Jerald, I was getting in a super strop unable to access audiobooks or upload new music to my phone. This trick worked a treat.

I had to reset my phone setting to how I wanted but it took under 5 mins and was totally worth it.

Had the same challenge. After you sync your audiobooks are no longer in the music app they are hiding out in iBooks.

Open "ibooks"

In the middle at the top of the screen you will see "PDFs" or "Books"

Press on this drop down and change it to "Audiobooks"

The audiobooks you've synced should be there.

FOUND IT! I reset settings in my iPhone, & when it came back on I got notice that "all audiobooks are now in iBooks" -try going to iBooks right away, maybe you can skip the reset settings part. ;-) good luck

Yes!!! Thats true. They are not in the Music app, but in iBooks!! so silly to put them there instead.
