New Macbook Pro - how do I find iWork apps?

I've just got my new MacBook Pro after years of being a PC user 🙂

However, I can't seem to find iWork - pages, keynote or numbers - I thought these should be automatically included?

They are not in applications as far as I can tell

any suggestions please on a) how to find or b) how to get for free? I note that Apple phone support doesn't work on Sunday
