I can't sync my photos from my computer to my iTouch. I am trying to sync it from windows. On step 3 it says to click the photo tab on itunes, but there is no photo tab. Can somebody please help?

Are yo saying that there is not Phtos tab as shown here:

Can you sync apps from this iTunes library?
Same problem on the latest iTunes software and Windows 7. My window is maximzed and I do not see any tab for photos. Seems related to a recent update as this was there - at least before the very big change to the interface.
Just can't open the pictures, but them files are defo my pictures, not sure how i can sync them to my phone
