Error validating app unable to process Info.plist

"Unable to process application Info.plist validation at this time due to a general error. Please try again later."

My Googling has turned up no alternatives other than Apple's servers are congested and I just need to keep trying every so often. This error first appeared for me yesterday afternoon. Anyone else seen this or have some alternate solutions?
