Have you checked the timezone settings on your phone in Settings > General > Date & Time?

I have the same problem. Time zone is set automatically and is set to London. When I've been out of the country since I've had this phone, I've only been as far as 1 hour time zone difference
Yes, It was in automatic. I changed it to my actual time zone and still have the problem.
